Analysis On Farmer’s Willingness And Inlfuence Factors Of Joining New Type Of Rural Social Endowment Insurance In Xiiijiaog Changji City

With the increasing of the aging population in rural areas and the miniaturization of thefamily,the family endowment burden is increasing,and coupled with the weakening oftraditional old-age security function,making the issue of provide for the aged faced newconstraints in Chinese rural.It desiderate the new type of rural social endowment insurancesystem perfect in order to ensure the life of the aged of farmers. The new type of rural socialendowment insurance system can realize fully the social security function only whenproceeding from the farmer’s participation willingness, combining with the local reality andputing people first.And it is also advantageous to establish long-term mechanism andsustainable development.This paper adopts crosstabs and model research analysis method, According to theinvestigation and analysis of4villages and towns in changji city. Puting forward problemsabout new type of rural social endowment insurance on policy institution andimplementation.Through multiple factors cross analysis and Logistic model analysis forthe local farmers participation willingness of new type of rural social endowment insuranceand affecting factors, and the results show that farmers’ participation willingness influencedby age, health condition, the number of children,cognition of new type of rural socialendowment insurance, the neighbors insured situation, uncertain factors, institution designand the implementation effect. Finally, according to the results of the analysis andimplementation present situation of new type of rural social endowment insurance in changjicity, puting forward the corresponding policy suggestions.
