Research Of Investment Evaluation Of Beibu Gulf Project Baiyue Group Based On Social Responsibility

With the rapid development of China’s investment and construction in projects, the evaluation of investment projects is drawing more and more attention. And with the wave of economic and social globalization, social responsibility and sustainable development are also drawing more and more attention from the international community. Combine the project investment evaluation with social responsibility has become a new trend in the development of the evaluation method of project investment, but the study of single item evaluation methods is more comprehensive while the study and summary from the aspect of perspective of social responsibility is less. Therefore, this paper analyzes and summaries the project investment evaluation system and with the real examples we explore the project investment evaluation methods from the perspective of social responsibility. Thus provides a theoretical basis for the evaluation of investment projects.We take the investment project of Baiyue Group in the northern Gulf in Anda as an example and analyze the evaluation of project investment. First, we research the theories of project investment evaluation, including the theoretical basis and methods of project investment evaluation. Secondly, outline the basic idea of comprehensive social responsibility, including comprehensive social responsibility and socially responsible investment, based on this, we introduce the stakeholder theory, project management theory, social contract theory and global corporate citizenship theory. Summarizes the project investment evaluation method of existing in our country, based on analyzing the disadvantages of our existing evaluation methods, put forward the necessity of introducing social responsibility evaluation of project investment evaluation.Thirdly, based on the research of the status quo of Baiyue Group in the northern Gulf project, we analyze the project’s financial benefits, environmental benefits, community benefits and government benefits. Bases on the evaluation index of comprehensive social responsibility in building the project investment, which includes the instructions of impacting on indicators’structure by the project’s social responsibility and select protect’s assessment index based on social obligations.combining questionnaires and expert opinions, constructing the evaluation index system of social responsibility. Upon this we conduct a comprehensive evaluation analysis of the Baiyue Group’s project in the northern Gulf, and propose solutions about the management of comprehensive social responsibility of the project.
