Reseacrh On Synergetic Development Of Strategic Emerging Industries And Producer Services

At present, the world economy is developing in the direction of diversification andintegration, the global economic integration process is accelerating gradually, industrialstructure is adjusting and updating by degrees. Western countries have started to develop newindustries for the new economic point. Our country is in the important transition midst of theeconomic and social development. The key of the current period is to transform the mode ofeconomic development and optimize the industrial structure. Strategic emerging industry andthe producer services had become a new impetus and source of economic growth in China,due to its own industry characteristics and the strong leading role on the economy.As an important industrial base in China, Dalian city is facing the needs of thetransformation and upgrading on economic development and urban function. To give full playto the leading role of the economic development, Dalian city made a decision on givingpriority to develop the strategic emerging industry and speeding up development of theproducer services. New energy automobile industry is both an area of strategic emergingindustries and an important part of the manufacturing industry, with its capital intensivetechnology, environmental protection, and high industry relevance features, its developmentis significant to the regional economy; the producer services is the product of the industrialdivision and deepening of the labor, as a highly intellectual and human capital investment inservices, it helps to promote the progress of technology and the upgrading of industrialstructure. Therefore, it has certain theoretical and practical significance in researching andanalyzing the collaborative relationship of the strategic emerging industries and the producerservices by linking them. The research is helpful to enhance the level of regional economicdevelopment of Dalian; it can also improve industrial structure and the independentinnovation ability in Dalian.Firstly, based on the theories of the strategic emerging industries and the producerservices, this paper proposed the connotations of the strategic emerging industries anddefined the classification of Dalian producer services. Then it had carried on the quantitativeanalysis of Dalian producer services by using the grey correlation method and it come to thecorrelation among the producer services, its internal industries, Dalian GDP, the second andthe third industry, and then pointed out deficiencies of the Dalian producer services. Thirdly, it had carried on the qualitative analysis of the automobile industry in Dalian by using casestudies, and thought about its development. Then the paper designed three different paths ofthe synergetic development at different stages in accordance with the progress of timeevolution, and combined the each two situation. At last, the paper put forward thecountermeasures of perfecting the synergetic development.
