| Facing the knowledge economy era drivened by knowledge, the enterprises ateable to realize the knowledge has become the most important strategic resources really,andthe knowledge innovation has become the core competitiveness of the sustainabledevelopment. The discrete enterprises what occupy the high proportion of enterprisesin China, must implement knowledge management strategy in order to stand out andachieve sustainable development with the development of the times.Due to thedecentralized production organization, the independent economic accounting and theconficit of interestin th discrete enterprises, the serious shortage in the knowledgesharing among the departments, the advanced technology, the promotion of enterpriseapplications,the innovative ideas can not be shared, reducing the rate of development ofdiscrete enterprises. Only the constant innotation of the knowledge can promoteenterprise development, and the knowledge innovation is based on the knowledgesharing and exchange. Therefore, the discrete companies need to explore amanagement model of the knowledge sharing, integrate the internal and externalknowledge, and attach importance to the knowledge exchange and sharing.Therefore,this article is to study the knowledge management model of the discrete enterprises, toexplore the knowledge sharing mechanism in the discrete enterprise, to construct theknowledge management modelsin order to carry out the more knowledge sharing andexchangein the discrete enterprise, to provide theoretical support to achieve sustainabledevelopment.By combing and reading the literature, collecting the theory research of thedomestic and foreign scholars in knowledge management, apreliminary understandingof the status in the fieldand a clear thesis idea has research. On the basis of researchresults and by comparing and analyzing knowledge management models, knowledgemanagement capacity model, Knowledge-Process-Environment model, knowledgecreation model, HTOP model, AnDaxin’s knowledge management model these fivemodels, combining the characteristics of the discrete enterprises,the knowledgemanagement processes of the discrete enterprise were analyzed to establish theknowledge sharing technology architecture of the discrete enterprises, and construct theknowledge management modelof the discrete enterprises. The main results of thispaper have made in the following points:(1) The establishment of the theoryframework ofthe knowledge management inthe discrete enterprises.By analyzing knowledge management capacity model,Knowledge-Process-Environment model, knowledge creation model, HTOP model,AnDaxin’s knowledge management model these five models,combined with thecharacteristics of the discrete enterprises, the basic theoretical framework ofknowledge management of the discrete enterprises hasbeen proposed to provide theideas to establish the knowledge management model of the discrete enterprises.(2) The system analysis on the process of knowledge management. Theacquisition of the explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge from all the sectors ofdiscrete enterprises, the knowledge storage, the knowledge sharingand the knowledgeinnovation are described. The relation between knowledge management processes isinterrelated and dynamic. The knowledge acquisition of the discrete business and theknowledge storage is the basis of the knowledge sharing and knowledge innovation.The knowledge sharing and knowledge innovation is the important way to develop thediscrete enterprise’s core competitiveness, but also the objectives of the knowledgemanagement implementation in the of discrete enterprises.(3) The establishment of knowledge sharing technology architecture in thediscrete enterprises, through the analysis of the network technologies and groupwaretechnology oriented by the knowledge sharing. The technical architecture is dividedinto five layers, that each layer separately achieve different functions. It illustrates thedifficulties in the knowledge management implementation of the discrete enterprise,and provides technical support for the knowledge management implementation of thediscrete enterprise.(4) The building ofthe knowledge management modelorientedby theknowledge-sharing in the discrete enterprises. The model is divided into four layersfrom the inside to the outside, reflecting the knowledge systems layer, the knowledgetransferation layer, the technical architecture layer, and the knowledge managementimplementation layer.Knowledge management in the discrete enterprise is still a new research field.This paper can provide support and help to the knowledge sharing and knowledgeexchange in the discrete enterprises.However, due to fewer domestic and internationalresearch on knowledge management in the discrete enterprise, coupled with mylimited knowledge, this paper remains to be studied in depth. |
