Based on the concepts of dispatch, characteristics of dispatch in employment andstatus of China’s development, combined with BOC Bank relevant characteristics of thedispatch staff, summed up the problems about this particular industry, commercial banksin the choice of the form of labor dispatching. Through BOC Bank labor dispatchingexisting institutional satisfaction questionnaires and interviews to real understand theirwork satisfaction about the situation and demand. By summarizing and analyzing, thereare some improvements could be proposed for BOC Bank. Through the investigation, itis not difficult to find major commercial banks will arrange the dispatching workers inlabor-intensive services which require high line jobs. This kind of instable employmentand particular job accompanied by commercial banks will lead to produce a number oflegal and business risks. So I hope that through the research, dispatching workers andbanks will get some reference.This paper selects a special kind of industry, the banking sector which has extensiveuse of labor dispatching as the research object, because I work in the banking system andI could understand the situation that dispatching bankers work in the bank and the issuesthat such form of employment brought about out. I believe that commercial banks mustcontinue to strengthen the standard management of labor dispatching so that they shallhave the basis for survival and development, and the bank will win in the futurecompetition in an invincible position. Therefore, I will make a deep investigation aboutdispatching status. According to the findings of this article, its problems andrecommendations will be proposed.This article mainly studies the dispatch system of a bank from the follow parts:The first part of this article is the introduction; the main contents introduce the issueto be discussed in the whole article, namely labor dispatch system of BOC banks’ currentsituation and the necessary to be improved. Through the discussion of these issues, themain points of the article will be got and also lists research framework.Chapter2and chapter3mainly introduce various aspects of dispatch concepts andtheory. First introduced dispatch theoretically meaning, and then focuses on the domesticand foreign aspects of development in the dispatch status and study situation, as pave the way into a discussion.The fourth part makes the BOC Bank as an example, a survey and study about thecurrent dispatching staff’s satisfaction. First introduced the BOC bank’s employees basicoverview which includes composition of the main modes, staff and payroll situation, andthen send staff issuing questionnaires, the results were analyzed by means of thequestionnaire, summarized and combined some outstanding problems in the form oflabor dispatching of BOC bank. The fifth part is proposing some suggestions based onthe analysis of a bank to improve their labor dispatching situation. BOC commercialbanks that dispatch system staff conducted a survey of employees of such demandcharacteristics and combined characteristics of the banking industry itself, in the relevanttheoretical support on the basis. Here lists some recommendations for improvement andstrategies. Finally, it’s about the conclusion and summary, which is about a BOC bankresearch conclusion. And introduce to improve the effectiveness of the dispatch situation,look forward to the operability of this article, as well as describe revelation that thedomestic banking sector and the whole financial sector on the development of labordispatching mechanism can be obtained from this revelation, and pointed out thelimitations of this paper.
