As the time of economic globalization and knowledge economy, the internal and external environment faced by modern business is undergoing tremendous changes, which challenges and impacts on traditional enterprise organization model based on administrative membership relation management. Playing an important role in the enterprise reform, internal marketing management introduces market mechanism to promote the combination between transaction participants by the equivalent exchange behavior as the medium of price, and effectively improves the overall efficiency.Result in the high-speed development of telecom operation, the ballooning organizational structure exchanges the hierarchical and localization structure mode into plural and specialization, and also brings the mismatch between organizational structure and management model, which leads to the separation of benefits and costs.Based on the deep research of the domestic and foreign research, this paper learns from the excellent experience of leading industry, and constructes the internal marketing management mode suitabling for telecom operationFirst of all, this paper defines the scope of internal marketization between enterprise and market, according to the transactioncost theory and boundary of firm theory. Regarding transaction cost theory as the theoretical basises, this paper makea contributions to the internal transfer pricing methods and process, which is also based on functional attributes of the product, and defines two type of internal settlement as the classification standardto compile the process. Finally, from the internal management mode of A Companythis, this paper demonstrates the feasibility and effectiveness of the internal marketization in specific matters of caseanalysis.This paper have a positive significance for telecom operations as the result of intensive study in the theory for the internal marketization and the specific application in the enterprise, and will also have active significance in the future internal market reform of enterprises, to improve the efficiency of resource allocation.
