With the 18th CPC National Congress proposing "Beautiful China" vision,the government emphasizes the ecological civilization construction in a prominent position.Ecological civilization construction brings more opportunities and dividend policy for modern ecological enterprises at the same time,and it also brings great challenges to the modern ecological enterprises' internal and external environment.In order to improve the competitiveness of enterprises and cope with the rapid changes in the external environment,enterprises need to change the existing business model to increase the sustainable profitability of enterprises.For FC Company,in the process of construction and operation of ecological PPP project,there are many organizations management inefficiency caused by functional complex staggered problems.In order to enhance the internal management efficiency,the effective way is to implement the mode of internal marketization.In this paper,based on the author's management experience in ecological enterprises and the characteristics of ecological PPP project of FC Company,construct the FC Company's internal marketization system and pricing and performance assessment mechanism depending on the internal marketization theory.The characteristics of ecological PPP project,the theory of internal marketization and the relevant researches of internal marketization are expounded.This paper introduces the characteristics of ecological PPP project,and introduces the essential characteristics of the enterprise's internal marketization and the basic principles of the construction of the internal marketing.Through the analysis on the ecological characteristics of the PPP projects of FC Company and the business process and organization management,it finds that with the implementation of FC Company's multiple ecological PPP projects,the company's internal management organization structure is hard to meet the project operation requirement.There are problems such as poor internal communication,inefficient allocation of resources,serious prevarication between departments and poor job motivation.To solve the organizational management problems of FC Company,it should adopt internal marketization mode to reconstruct the internal organization of FC Company and improve the efficiency of FC Company organizational management.The internal marketization system of FC Company is established through the definition of the market transaction subjects,the carding of the organizational structure and the establishment of the transaction relationships among the transaction subjects within the FC Company.The first-class market is FC Company's headquarters.The second-class market is 7 subsidiaries of FC Company,for the completion of each function module of PPP ecological project construction and operation.The third-class market the subsidiaries within the subsidiaries.There are 5 transactions among FC Company's internal market transaction subjects,which forms FC Company's internal marketization operation system.In order to ensure the orderly operation of the internal marketization system,the construction of the operation guarantee mechanism of the internal marketization system of FC Company was studied.The key to the establishment of FC Company's internal marketization pricing system is the calculation of the price of product and the price of service.The internal market supervision and assessment system of FC Company consists of three major elements:the main subjects of assessment,the objects of assessment,and the evaluation indexes.It mainly introduces the composition of the subjects of assessment,the objects of assessment,and the setting of evaluation indexes.And assess different subjects'performance in different stages of ecological PPP project.Based on the related theory of internal marketization,the practical experience and the problems of organization and management in the development of ecological PPP project in FC Company,this paper studies the establishment of FC Company's internal marketization system and the pricing and performance assessment mechanism,and it demonstrates that the internal marketization plays a positive role in promoting the management level of ecological enterprises and improving the market competitiveness.
