Research On The Evaluation Of Land Use Efficiency In Chongqing Based On DEA

With the continuous development of social economy,people are increasingly high demands on the quality of the environment in which they live,and reasonably optimize the allocation plays an important role on the protection of our environment for natural resources.Therefore,the comprehensive evaluation of land use efficiency has gradually attracted the attention of scholars both at home and abroad,and it is becoming more and more important to study the efficiency of land use.In this dissertation,from the perspective of input-output,according to the factors related with land use from the land,capital,labor,energy consumption into several aspects of the investment and the corresponding economic benefits and the level of people's life of the output to establish a suitable index system of city construction land use efficiency evaluation,and the selection of evaluation index is described in detail.Then the principal component analysis is used to reduce the dimension of input and output indexes,taking the cross sectional data of land use in 2014 in 21 districts of Chongqing as an example,two comprehensive principal components of the input and three comprehensive principal components of the output are obtained.And use the BCC model of data envelopment analysis under the condition of output orientation,with the help of the DEAP2.1 operation software to carry out the horizontal empirical study on the processed data,we can get the comprehensive efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of the land use in each region.Then the evaluation results are analyzed,and also to the non-DEA effective areas to the projection analysis,and the model is tested from the angle of investment orientation,finally,the dissertation summarizes the full text and puts forward some suggestions.The conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)The overall level of land use efficiency in Chongqing is low,which needs to be further improved.(2)From the point of view of output,our city is relatively mature in terms of technology;From the direction of investment can be seen,the main city has five areas to achieve effective scale,the size of the effective rate reached 55.56%,that is,the scaleeffectiveness of land use in Chongqing is still relatively high.(3)Through the projection analysis of the non effective area,the corresponding improvement direction and adjustment target are provided.In order to further optimize the allocation of land resources in our city.
