A Empirical Analysis Of Fiscal Support To Agriculture’s Impacts On Agricultural Economic Growth In Fujian

Agriculture is the foundation of national economy, due to historical and other reasons, China is still an agricultural country, but not an agricultural power, and The position of agriculture as the foundation is weak. Agricultural production is backward in many areas, living at the mercy of the forces of nature, which is the commonplace. The traditional mode of agricultural production has hindered the modernization development of the national economy. And agriculture is a weak link in the national economy, so must accelerate the development pace from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture. According to the classical growth theory, the capital is an important source of economic growth, addition, fiscal capital is strength, so it can provide a powerful financial support for agricultural modernization. At the same time, agriculture is the basic industry,which has a certain nature of public product, so that its investment is insufficient, and it also requires the government to increase investment.In recent years, the domestic and foreign researches on the relationship between financial support for agriculture and agricultural economic growth have a lot of, but more researches focus on the national level, and few studies are involved in the provincial or city regional differences. Drawing on previous research results, this paper uses many empirical analysis tools,such as,input-output method, grey relational analysis, panel data model and other tools,to study the empirical relatonship between Fujian fiscal expenditure on agriculture and agricultural economic growth. In addition,analysing three dimensions about the Fujian province government expenditure for supporting agriculture and the input-output efficiency, fiscal expenditure structure and the optimal structure, fiscal expenditure on agriculture regional difference. On the basis of the above empirical analysis, draw the conclusion, and put forward some relevant policy recommendations. Finanly, provide certain reference value for the study of financial support for agriculture.
