Country with civilian for this, hunger breeds discontentment, food safety first. Food is the basis for human survival and development, food safety related to each person’s life and health, the relationship between the stateof stable development and social harmony. In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s food industry, some food producers of quality management consciousness is not strong, the implementation of quality management system is not in place, the effectiveness of the relevant regulatory department working poor, resulting in the quality problems of food processing have occurred, which seriously affects people’s life safety.In this paper, combined with the actual quality supervision of food production and processing link itself engaged in, taking NYW District as an example, study the quality supervision of food production and processing link status and problems.First, through the examples, data analysis and a series of research methods, summarizes the following problems in supervision of the quality of the food production and processing link in:The1part food quality supervision efficiency is not high, poor supervision effectiveness. The2part food enterprises responsible person and quality management personnel do not match the quality supervision work. The3part the food industry the incoming inspection of the supervision effect is not ideal. The4part the food production process and site management, supervision is not in place. The5part the food industry factory inspection supervision measures lag. The6part the implementation of advanced quality management methods slow.Then through the questionnaire survey, collect the produce cause problems, combined with the supervision practice, put forward the food supervision work many points, the line is long, wide, less staff, supervision work task, for food enterprises purchase inspection and supervision is not careful and other opinions, reasons for each of the problems in detail, with the example of2013a wheat flour enterprise because not standardize food production process so that product quality is not qualified, the analysis of the NYW region food factory inspection supervision enterprise implementation of the three aspects of reason is not in place.Finally put forward the countermeasures to improve NYW production processing link food quality supervision work, analysis and explanation of some idea of working methods and work flow of food supervision improvement, to enhance food enterprise product quality"" of person of the first responsibility awareness training, strict inspection of incoming inspection records, strict inspection process of enterprise production and management of production, improvement the factory inspection supervision measures, vigorously promote the advanced quality management methods, set up scientific quality management system, finally through the working practice, to test the improvement measures brought to the supervision work effect, summarizes and prospects, a clear direction for future research.
