Study On The Low-carbon Economic Development’s Modes Paths And Evaluation Of The Chemical Industry Park

Since the industrial revolution, due to the burning of fossil fuels and deforestation and the huge emission of CO2, the trend of global warming has become increasingly apparent, and the extreme weather is more frequency. The resulting climate anomalies, sea level rises, melting glaciers, water area increases and the destruction of natural ecosystems are making a huge threat to the life and property of the people of the world. Therefore, the development of low-carbon economy is becoming the common challenges of the world and a hot spot of international relations. Chemical Industry Park is an important carrier of China’s economic development and it is also a great source of greenhouse gas emissions. Therefore, the chemical industry park must select a new development model to solve the contradiction of low-carbon and economic development.Firstly, on the basis of the theory and practice on low-carbon economy both at home and abroad, the article analyzed the development of low-carbon in domestic and foreign Chemical Park and pointed out the problems in the low-carbon development of China’s Chemical Park, and then we carried out a thorough discussion about chemical industrial park of low carbon economy development path. Second, the article discussed the selecting principle, method and basis of the low carbon economy development evaluation index system. According to the result of expert investigation and field investigation, chemical industrial park is constructed of a low-carbon economy development evaluation index system, and then with the aid of mathematical method, the weights of the indexes are determined. Finally combined with the concrete examples of evaluation on the low-carbon development level of Nanjing chemical industrial park, some problems on its concrete measures are put forward.Through research, the conclusions are as follows:(1) There are four ways to the development of low-carbon economy in china’s chemical industry park:planning and construction, energy use, environmental protection and government management.(2)The development levels of low-carbon economy in industrial park is determined by multiple indicators, including energy utilization and low-carbon technologies, recycling economy and environmental protection, park management and protection mechanism.(3)The criteria of low-carbon development evaluation system layer weight:energy use and low-carbon technologies, circular economy and environmental protection, park management and protection mechanism.(4) Chemical industrial park of low carbon development process is divided into beginning, initial, growth, maturity, and advanced five levels, and Nanjing chemical industrial park is in the low carbon development mature stage.
