With the convening of xinjiang Work symposium organized by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, Xinjiang’s economic and social development has entered a new stage in the new period, and the various undertakings have been on a new historical starting point. Corps career has also ushered in a major historic opportunity. Corps proposed to the acceleration of urbanization, new industrialization and agricultural modernization "three" building as changing patterns of development and the fundamental way to achieve leapfrog development, so as to promote the strategic adjustment of economic structure, and realize the scientific development which gets along well with the the facts of Corps characteristics. Corps Twelfth Division is located in the capital city Urumqi’s suburbs, and it has a special geopolitical advantages, location advantages, resources and information superiority.This article makes a specific argumentation on the development direction of the Twelfth Division’s Thermotics Inc which uses the methods of corporate strategic management.At the same time,using SWOT analysis, it analyzes the internal and external environment of the Twelfth Division’s Thermotics Inc. By using empirical analysis,the article discussed the advantages, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenge of the company.so as to find some ploblems:the awareness of human resource management is not so well; lack of technological innovation; enterprise financial integration and the action are not smooth; lake of scientific strategic management. Targeted analysis of the above problems, the corresponding measures:To fight for financial support in many ways; introduction of advanced technology; intensify the introduction of talents; intensify the talent efforts to introduce; intensify staff training, and encourage employees to take a variety of technical certificate; create the brand enterprises and helps them go out of the Twelfth division, and enter the Urumqi market; Do well in declaration management project; strengthen safety production management and the Security heating.
