Hebei province made it clear to do vegetable industry, innovative production andmanagement methods at rural work conference in2014. Constructing new managementsystem of vegetable are important elements and essential requirements of innovativeoperating system mechanism of vegetable, fostering the subject management andperfecting service system in order to provide elements of support and system guarantee formodernization of vegetable industry. As the “hometown of Chinese vegetable”, QingCounty has a long history of vegetable industry. Vegetable professional cooperatives inQing County are typical for their great quantity and scale. Although the vegetableprofessional cooperatives of Qing County has promoted the development of the level ofvegetable industry, people have increasing demand on the quality of vegetable,which alsolead to increasing quality demand of the operating system of vegetable professionalcooperatives.The article adopts the method of combining qualitative analysis with quantitativeanalysis, data were got by practical researches, analysis were also based on interviews, toanalysis the current situation of Qing County vegetable producing industry and vegetableprofessional cooperatives. Discovered there are some issues of vegetable professionalcooperatives in Qing County, such as cooperatives and farmers interests are not unified,there are too many brands and the difference of those brands is not outstanding, brandorganization tightness is insufficient, lack of stability, financial management confusion andso on. For further research, three different types of cooperatives were chosen during theresearch: Qi Fa vegetable professional cooperative; Shun Xi vegetable professionalcooperative; Lv Hao vegetable professional cooperative in Si Mazhuang. They were all inlarge scale and built their own brands, could stand for the vegetable professionalcooperatives of Qing County. These three cooperatives were categorized as production-oriented, service-oriented and enterprise-oriented. Their advantages were found during theresearch: Qi Fa vegetable professional cooperative managed the members by groups, thatthe cooperative was combined through the relationships between the colleagues and friends,the members showed faith with the company due to the service before during and afterproducing process; Shun Xi vegetable professional cooperative has the largest quantity ofmembers, the members were encouraged to manage by themselves meanwhile thecooperative provide services; Lv Hao vegetable professional cooperative in Si Mazhuangused the modern management method. Carrying out systematic process management,which lead to high efficiency. For further analyzing factors that leading to the different company efficiency, through a vertical comparison of the size of three cooperatives,product, business, and other basic information and management methods, it is concludedthat systematic, standardization, standardized operation and management mode is of moreefficient. Through a balance of horizontal comparison of the e cooperatives and itsmembers, found that cooperatives and members of the target organization for theharmonization of interests is more efficient. Drawing on Shouguang vegetablecooperatives’ experience in business management and international trends on cooperativemanagement mode, to choose the development of mode we shall think over the conditionof local vegetables industry development, the size of the cooperative itself, financingsituation, product type and labor conditions.The paper is based on statistical data and field survey results, put forward someadvices for vegetables professional cooperatives management pattern in Qing County, suchas improve the internal management system through combining different operating modes,linking cooperative and members with production, financial management use accountantagent, establishing process management system; improve the cultural level and technicallevel of member ship; classification of support for cooperative, promote various forms ofcooperative joint various forms; integrate brands in Qing County; develop financingmethod and agricultural insurance.
