Study On Huahan Investment Group’s Development Strategy Of Optimization Control System

In this paper, Huahan real estate do research on investment groups as the sample, with the guidance of some relevant theories and the reference of the real estate industry benchmarking enterprises’specific implementing plans, designs the establishment and optimization of Hua Han company’s strategic control system.Firstly, Huahan company proposes its "boutique" strategy to adjust its business direction, then it also proposes the "one-center, four-mations, eight-systems" of the group control system optimization measures around that strategy.
