With the end of2008reorganization of the telecommunications, telecommunications market formed a new mobile, Unicom and telecom a situation of tripartite confrontation pattern of competition. China Unicom has become the leading edge of fusion of telecom operators in the mobile services, broadband, fixed line business, telecom products, formed the development mode of the whole business competition.Characteristics of the telecom industry is oligopoly, means more market share will bring more revenue and profit, competition in the market will remain invincible. Shandong Province as the political, educational, cultural center of JN, with the government departments at all levels, many institutions, small and medium-sized enterprises, the group customer communication broad market, also led to the fierce market competition. Because of its importance in social, economic and decision of strategic position, JN Unicom Group customer become the focus from market share in the whole business operation era. This article take the JN Unicom as an example, the group customer marketing strategy research of operators.Firstly, this paper put forward the research purpose and significance, domestic and foreign telecom customer marketing strategy theory summary and analysis of related literature, and to the JN Unicom as an example, based on the comprehensive analysis in the use of enterprise strategic theory, PEST method, Potter competition analysis model, SWOT analysis, Boston matrix and market segmentation, the competitive situation of further research on JN Unicom Group customer market, analysis of the JN Unicom existing in the group customer marketing activities, aiming at the problem of carrying out the innovation for the group customer marketing management and service system and effective transformation. In the last part of Unicom "education industry informatization solution" in JN is introduced, which is combined with the information technology industry, product portfolio strategy Unicom launched on the group customers in the education sector, with Unicom powerful fixed network, broadband,3G and other cyber source for protection, the use of information technology, promote the market customer group business development.
