Technology innovation is the main source of knowledge creation and technologydiffusion,in the era of knowledge economy,science and technology innovation bothin the country’s economic growth,or to enterprise’s survival and development willhave a huge,not allow to ignore the role. In recent years,the work of scientific andtechnological innovation has received extensive attention of academia and the socialfrom all walks of life,and the important task of scientific and technologicalinnovation work mainly carry on personnel engaged in the work of scientific andtechnological innovation,they generally have received higher education,in someprofessional field is better than the average man,therefore,their innovation behavioris the original driving force to increase the competitiveness of enterprises. But,inrecent years,along with our country government to increase of investment ininnovation,not only did not appear gradually speed up the pace of innovation,highperformance,instead of“quantity”and“quality”the phenomenon of imbalance,researchers often show a reacting to the innovation,the modeling of follow suit,butspend a lot of scientific research funds is not high performance innovation results anda series of passive negative behavior,therefore,unearthed can directly produce highinnovation performance of science and technology personnel active innovationbehavior connotation has become very important.Most of existing research on the connotation of the innovation behavior ofdeconstruction based on process,some empirical results support structure is not ideal,however,that may be because of the “component”essence of innovation behavior ismutual fusion,cycling,not clear divided the whole. Innovation behavior researchstarting point and ultimate end-result is innovation performance,and based on processinnovation behavior connotation of deconstruction for innovation performanceforecast is not intuitive. In the macroscopic organization research level,innovationpower angle of research in recent years has become a reveals the mainstream trend ofenterprise innovation performance. Therefore,this article is based on individualintrinsic motivation perspective,using the principle of positive psychology,selectionof enterprise technical personnel for samples,the initiative innovation behavior hascarried on the definition,dimensions and scale development.This study mainly includes four parts:The first part,the individual behavior theory application in the field of scienceand technology innovation,review the initiative behavior patterns of spontaneity,forward-looking and persistence of the three core principles,on the basis of anin-depth innovation behavior of features,including the incentive,uncertainty andambiguity,complexity,and application in the field of innovation initiative behavior model,defines the connotation of the concept of science and technology personnelactive innovation behavior,and through the depth interview of qualitative empiricalresearch methods,such as to put forward the concept of verified,and determine itscore essence,spontaneity,preparation or cross obstacles.The second part,on the basis of literature research,the selection of teachers incolleges and universities,enterprises and institutions of scientific research personnel,management personnel,design institute of science and technology researchers andother kinds of people as sample,using interview method,critical incident casescollection method,collection,analysis,behavior modification,finally constructedthe initial dimension and scale of the core concepts.Once made in the third section,select the management of college scientificresearch project or high level article published50teachers as research object,toresearch of small-scale,through this process,to individual WenXiang semanticexpression and the degree of smooth adjustment,and finally passed the reliabilityvalidity test,27item of science and technology personnel is contained activeinnovation behavior of initial scale.The fourth part,to tianjin research institute,design institute,engaged in scientificresearch work and development,design,management and innovation of higher schoolresearchers for large sample research object of study,A questionnaire600,recyclingeffective questionnaire540,average540questionnaires according to the sameresearch object can be divided into two groups,the first use of the first group (groupA)270questionnaires used in the making of exploratory factor analysis,includingCITC,KMO and bartlett sphere test,factor analysis,such as evaluation index,andthen take advantage of the second group (group B)270questionnaires used in themaking of confirmatory factor analysis,including the first-order confirmatory factoranalysis and second-order confirmatory factor analysis,through the two link,deletethe scale of five items,keep22item,among them,the second-order dimensionincluding spontaneity,preparation and three core principles,such as the obstacle andspontaneity and is supported by A first-order dimensions of eager to innovation;Preparation prepared by the thinking and resources to prepare two first-orderdimensions;Across obstacles by big appetite for risk,to overcome the difficulties andtenacity of three first-order dimensions. Based on this,this study constructed theconcept of science and technology personnel active innovation behavior, itsdimension and determine its scale.Finally,this study attempts to give the reason for the item to delete a reasonableexplanation,and put forward the theoretical contribution of this study and theinnovation points, objectively analyzes the insufficiencies of this study, thedevelopment direction of future research was forecasted.
