| With the rapid development of the economy,the national economy has entered a new era of continuous transformation and upgrading of industries: economic development is getting faster,market division of labor is becoming clearer,the market is becoming more transparent,and the competition faced by enterprises or organizations is becoming increasingly fierce.In the fierce market competition,enterprises or organizations must continuously increase their core competitiveness in order to establish a foothold in the market.So how can enterprises or organizations increase their core competitiveness? For external factors,they need to have products that can meet consumer demand or products that can lead the market;for internal factors,they need to have a group of R&D personnel with strong creativity and high proactive behavior to continuously promote the rapid and healthy development of the enterprise or organization.So,how can enterprises quickly find R&D personnel with high proactive behavior or sustainably motivated behavior,create a work environment that can promote the proactive and innovative behavior of R&D personnel,and further enhance the core competitiveness and innovation ability of the enterprise? This has become a headache and urgent problem for enterprise owners and managers,and it is also the focus of this research.Through observation and interviews with R&D personnel of OS Company,this research found that the lack of proactive behavior among R&D personnel is mainly due to the influence of humble leadership.Personnel with insufficient proactive behavior have slow ability improvement,no innovation or creativity,resulting in unsatisfactory salary and performance,and generating negative emotions,even spreading unfavorable opinions about the company,affecting the proactive behavior of other R&D personnel around them,forming a vicious circle,seriously affecting the normal operation and development of the company.In order to solve the problem of insufficient proactive behavior among R&D personnel,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the R&D personnel of OS Company to verify the impact of the influencing factors obtained from the interviews.The results of the questionnaire survey were analyzed to demonstrate that the level of proactive behavior of R&D personnel is affected by the humble leadership style.Humble leadership satisfies the psychological needs of R&D personnel,stimulates their inner driving force,and continuously inspires their proactive behavior.At the same time,R&D personnel with high proactive behavior also have a positive effect on the knowledge sharing behavior in their role outside the performance: because R&D personnel with high proactive behavior can promote their participation in more social activities outside their job,enhance the unity,cooperation,and cohesion among R&D personnel,and enhance the knowledge sharing behavior in their role outside the performance,they can obtain recognition and approval from others for their work,thereby obtaining more opportunities for improvement and motivation to take on responsibility,and thus inspire R&D personnel to be more proactive in their work,which can sustainably motivate their high proactive behavior.Through this research,it is possible for enterprise owners or organization managers to identify R&D personnel with high proactive behavior,cultivate humble leadership and create a work environment that cultivates humble leadership,establish a corporate culture that is creative and innovative and suitable for the knowledge sharing behavior of R&D personnel,strengthen the training of managers to have a humble leadership style and R&D personnel to have knowledge sharing ability,establish a scientific and reasonable incentive,fair salary system,and other means to sustainably motivate R&D personnel’s high proactive behavior.This can provide reference for enterprise owners and management. |
