With the rapid development of e-commerce businesses, human resource has becomethe key factor for survival and development of the electronic commerce enterprise, itsimportance is becoming more and more high. E-commerce refers to in the economy andtechnology highly developed modern society, the people who master s business theory andinformation technology use all kinds of electronic information technology tools, engagedin the economic business which regard all kinds of.commodity trading as the core, to agreat extent,Electronic commerce enterprise’s development is decided by the enterprise’sinnovation ability and technical level, so, as a carrier of the innovation ability,theelectronic commerce enterprise’s human resources has become the strategic resource ofenterprise development. Because of enterprise size and strength, human resourcesmanagement system of Chinese e-commerce enterprise still exists certain problems,efficiency of management is low, which severely restricts the development of electroniccommerce enterprise, in order to get a long-term development, e-commerce enterprisemust innovate human resource management mechanism to improve the managementefficiency. In party’s eighteen countries,it clearly puts forward to implement the strategyof innovation driven development, we should stick to the path of independent innovation,plan with a global perspective and promote innovation, improve the original innovation,integrate innovation and new capabilities in the import, build enterprise as the main body,market oriented, the combination of technology innovation system, realizeinnovation-driven development. So under the background of the national innovation drivepolicy, China’s e-commerce enterprises should seize the opportunity, innovate in humanresources management methods.On the basis of relevant theoretical study about human resource management, thispaper take wuhan branch of writing and watching group as an example, it explorate thecompany’s human resources management situation, first of all, it analyzes the enterprisehuman resources management present situation from the staff structure, flow, training,management system and departments, and analyzes the necessity of human resourcemanagement innovation in the company; Secondly, on the basis of the research on theincentive theory, it analyzes the current situation of the company incentive mechanism, and discusses the company’s staff professional characteristics, the performance appraisalsystem, material incentives and non-material incentives, and so on; Then it analyzes towrite while the group wuhan branch in the existing problems in human resourcesmanagement innovation, including recruitment selection mechanism is not perfect, themoment in the form of performance appraisal, training, lack of long-term poor andprofessional resources, human resources management environment and incentive idea isrelatively backward, etc; Finally the article puts forward relevant Suggestions innovationof human resource management method it thinks that enterprise needs the innovation ofhuman resource management idea, adhere to the people-oriented, innovate organizationsystem, enhance the construction of enterprise internal construction engineer staff team,optimize employee incentive mechanism, so as to fully arouse the enthusiasm of staff.Through the study of this article,it hopes to provide the reference for wuhan branch ofwriting and watching group to innovate human resource management methods, as well asimprovement of other industry electronic commerce enterprise human resourcesmanagement system.
