The home decoration industry in China has entered into a new stage that is growing relatively slowafter its nearly twenty years’ rapid development, while its annual growth rate still keeps at more than tenpercent. It is predicted that the output value of home decoration industry in China will reach two trillionyuan in2015. Facing this huge “cake”, nearly250,000home decoration enterprises and a large amountof “guerrillas” are launching a fierce competition. Since home decoration industry of this period has gotmature, the products have been clearly classified into different levels in the market, and the consumershave tended to be more rational. They have paid more attention to the value and function of the productitself rather than blindly pursued high-end products. With the accelerating pace of life, consumers focusmore on the service quality and efficiency when they choose a home decoration enterprise. Therefore,various changes make the enterprises begin to transform their fixed model into better service system tomeet the new requirements and wishes of consumers.Firstly, the concept description of "one-stop" services and home decoration service system, Andilluminate the topic. Later, home decoration industry development course and the present situation ofChina were analyzed. Through analysis concluded that the major problems facing the home decorationindustry, paving the way to do background research traditional home decoration patterns.
