According to the statistics of China Architectural Decoration Association,the total output value of China’s architectural decoration industry reached 3.7 trillion in 2016,of which the output value of residential decoration reached 1.8 trillion.Compared with 1 trillion in 2011,the annual compound growth rate reached 12.5%.The prospect of the home decoration industry is bright.In addition,by June 2020,the number of Internet users in China had reached 940 million,and the number of online shopping users had reached 749 million.The proportion of Internet users using mobile phones to surf the Internet was 99.2%.As an important part of China’s Internet industry,e-commerce has a huge market and increases rapidly.Although both e-commerce and home decoration have a trillion level market,the Internet home decoration market combined with the two is slightly embarrassing.In 2015,the penetration rate of the Internet to home decoration was only 3%-4%,which is still a low penetration level compared with the whole home decoration industry.Using the framework of customer delivered value theory,4C and 4P marketing theory and the development theoretical system of Pan home decoration industry,this paper selects I decoration company,a traditional home decoration company that has set foot in the Internet at the level of home decoration business promotion,as the research object,and studies the current situation of home decoration business service promotion and service process of I decoration company;Analyze the problems and reasons of home decoration business service promotion and service process respectively;Then,based on this and guided by user experience,study the Internet transformation marketing strategy and platform strategy of home decoration service of I decoration company,and formulate corresponding measures to provide premise guarantee for the transformation strategy.This paper provides feasible suggestions and possibilities for the transformation of its research object I decoration company to the Internet,and also provides a reference for the model improvement of existing Internet home decoration platform enterprises.The research results will be an effective supplement to the theoretical system of traditional enterprises’ transformation to the Internet.
