The three chapter is provide the reasonable optimization planbase on the chapter two which analyzed the problems of the cost management inBeijing YongCheng Buliding project, It is mainly analysis shows the process,objectives, methods, principles and control system of the cost control in Projectstructure. The forth chapter proposed how to effective implementation of theconstruction project cost control, how to establish the reasonable cost controlsystem and perfect cost control responsibility system, and strictly implement thecost control of supervision system. The last chapter is the conclusion, discuss theproblems of the research content and the development direction of project costcontrol after in-depth, optimizing the structure of project investment in the long run benefit development.
