Liu Binlin（1891—1956）, was born in Changsha,Hunan province.He is a famouseconomist in our country.He had successively studied in the department of economics,Peking University, the economics graduate class of London University,the economicsresearchers class of Berlin University.He had ever been the professor,provost anddean of business department in the Chinese Public School of Shanghai,the editorialdirector of Shanghai Commercial Press.In1932,he went to the Wuhan University asthe professor,director of economics department,also been the dean part-time andrepeatedly acted the president. In1940,he was appointed as professor of ministry ofeducation and worked in the the government.Liu had committed in study the financialeconomy,his books like《Economics Principles》《The Economy》《History of ModernChinese Foreign Debt》 are very famous,and he also has a lot of papers abouteconomics principles,national financial,population problem,and so on.All of them,inother words his economics research have a great impact in our country.Liu Binglin economic thought has many sources,which can be grouped into threeareas First,his economic thought is come from the Chinese ancient history,especiallythe ancient works about financial had a profound effect on his research.
