In the era of economic globalization, the relationships of industries’ development have been enhancement in many countries around the world. In a globalized environment that the resources allocated in worldwide, the goods’ production and exchange all in global scale, the economic development of all countries are facing the trend of globalization. Therefore, international industrial transfer become the foreign company or enterprise seeking progress way. In addition, profound reform deepening and production organization mode of international division, international industrial transfer has also entered a new stage of development. In view of that the current international industry transfer has become the main way of Multi-National Corporation globalization development strategy. At first, we discusses the ways and methods of international industry transfer patterns, the global value chain theory, after the transfer method, influence factors and transfer the effects of the content of five aspects, and shifting from the transfer of risk analysis, cost analysis and shift schedule three aspects to analyze the feasibility of the project transfer. And then based on Monte Carlo simulation we established the project risk identification, assessment, risk control model, on the project in a multinational transfer for effective risk monitoring. Secondly, according to the principle of the balanced scorecard, we established project performance evaluation index system after the transfer, on the basis of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, the performance of the transfer of the project to conduct a comprehensive assessment effectively. Finally, we discussed the problems existing in the current international industrial transfer and indicated the further research direction. |
