Research On The Problem Of Supply And Demand Of Agricultural Labor Force From The Perspective Of Agricultural Modernization In Jilin Province

As the basic industry of the national economy, development of agriculture has been the focus of government’s attention. Our central file has been locked the "three rural" issue for eleventh consecutive year, the main tone of future agricultural development has gradually clear that agricultural modernization is the future direction and path of agricultural development. As agricultural modernization, the requirements for agricultural labor are gradually improving, agricultural modernization required to achieve the modernization of farmers, therefore, the status of the agricultural labor force directly affect to achieve agricultural modernization.Jilin Province is located in the major grain producing areas in Northeast China, recent years, the level of agricultural modernization is continuously improving, the supply situation of the agricultural labor is also changing. But in the process of agricultural modernization in Jilin Province, the substitution of agricultural mechanization, land for agricultural labor intensive production makes a lot of rural labor mobility. In addition, the aging of the rural population is serious, the low overall quality of farmers and other issues, also make agricultural labor at greater risk. Not difficult to see the current status of the agricultural labor force in Jilin not meet the needs of agricultural modernization. So, what kind of labor force is needed in the agricultural modernization process, how to cultivate new occupation peasant farmers to realize modernization, how to achieve balance labor supply and demand to ensure reasonable complete structure of rural labor force need to be resolved at this stage.This paper mainly includes six parts:The first part is an introduction. It introduces the background and significance, research status, main contents, methods and technical route; The second part is related concepts and theoretical basis. Mainly define the concepts of agricultural modernization, modern agriculture, agricultural labor-related, and introduce the human capital theory, labor supply and demand equilibrium theory, the theory of transform traditional agriculture, provides theoretical support for the article; The third part is the modernization of agriculture and the status quo of Jilin agricultural labor force analysis. By building evaluation index system analyzes the level of development of agricultural modernization in Jilin Province, and analysis from both the quantity and quality of agricultural labor supply in Jilin Province; The fourth part is the correlation analysis of Jilin Agricultural Modernization and labor. By verifying the Agricultural Modernization and labor have some relevance to further analyze the supply and demand for labor issues from the perspective of agricultural modernization. The results showed that the number of agricultural modernization and agricultural labor is negatively correlated with the quality indicators of labor education level, age structure is positively correlated. The fifth part is the analysis of Jilin Agricultural Modernization in agricultural labor demand. According to the current level of agricultural modernization,analyze the demand of agricultural labor force in quantity and quality in Jilin Province, combined with labor supply and to analyze the supply and demand gap, studies have shown that the number of agricultural labor demand and supply gap has tended to increase, indicating that as the modernization of agriculture the deepening of the agricultural labor force overall decline in demand, but the supply of the total remained unchanged, so the supply and demand gap gradually increases. Finally, combined with the supply and demand gap analysis problems of the agricultural labor supply; Part six is Suggestions to promote the agricultural labor force adapt to Jilin Agricultural modernization. Specific recommendations include the development of policies appropriate to local conditions in the labor force, strengthening farmers’ skills training and human capital investment, optimize the industrial structure.
