Industrial Competitiveness Evaluation Research Of Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Industry Of Jilin Province

Since the establishment of People’s Republic of China, the medicinemanufacturing industry has been developing rapidly with the annual increase speednot only exceeding industrial development speed in the same period, but also abovethe30years average speed of growth of main countries with developedpharmaceutical industry. The sound development of medicine manufacturing industrywill be the key factor in promoting the economic growth. As pharmaceutical industrybecoming the fifth greatest pillar industries of Jilin province, the medicinemanufacturing industry playing the leading role of pharmaceutical industry in Jilinprovince is rising in continuity. How to rapidly enhance the competitiveness ofmedicine manufacturing industry of Jilin province to implement the sustaineddevelopment has become the main task for people at all levels to pay much attentionto.This paper is based on domestic and foreign literature, summed up the relevantcompetitiveness theory, established the regional competitiveness evaluation system ofpharmaceutical manufacturing with4the first class index and15secondary indexeswhich was based on the competitiveness evaluation index system of related domesticand foreign research. Analysis competitiveness evaluation of29pharmaceuticalmanufacturing from2011to2013,(except Tibet, Ningxia provinces). Through thecomparison with the Jilin province which is concluded that the existing problems inthe pharmaceutical manufacturing and provided countermeasures and Suggestions.This paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter introduces the purpose andsignificance of this study and the basic ideas/research method used in this paper; Thesecond chapter studies the theory and method; The third chapter describes present development situation of medicine industry, and generalizes the current developmentsituation of medicine industry in Jilin province to get preliminary situation andcharacteristics of medicine industry development. The fourth chapter is core chapterof which built4first-level indicators: scale strength, profitability, research anddevelopment ability, production capacity to evaluate the regional competitiveness ofpharmaceutical manufacturing with the principal component analysis method of SPSSsoftware and analysis the location and the cause of Jilin province; The fifth chapter iscombined foregoing research results with practical situation of Jilin province toanalysis of existing problem and provide countermeasures; The sixth chapter putsforward the conclusion and insufficient research.
