The Measures Research In Development Of Beijing-tianjin-hebei Integration In Hebei Province

Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration is up to the national strategic level in2014,which aroused discussion circles. Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative developmenthas advocated for years, but there has been no substantial progress, largely becauseBeijing,Tianjin and Hebei have been disputes in their own interests. In recent years,deteriorating environment, a serious decline in air quality and fog and haze appearingcontinuously, and at this time the country was really aware of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebeiintegration imminent. Hebei province in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province has beenin a weak position and economic and political status imbalanced. In this case, HebeiProvince need to recognize correctly their surroundings, to develop a comprehensiveand effective response programs and measures in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integrationdevelopment.This paper studies measures in development of Beijing-Tiajin-Hebei integrationin Hebei Province and always elaborate and analyze Hebei Province on the wholeenvironment. First, this paper describes the background, significance, theoreticalreview and research methods; Second, by elaborating the meaning and advantages ofthe integration of economic development strategies, leading to the role of Hebeiprovince in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration, and then introduce the stateBeijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration development strategic plan;Third, introducing thedevelopment situation of Hebei Province and outstanding issues in Hebei Province inBeijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration; Fourth, Hebei Province is reference for theYangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta integration, and get inspiration; Finally,proposing measures in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration development to solve theoutstanding issues in Hebei Province.Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration is the need for the development of threeregions, but also the requirements of China’s economic development. Hebei Province in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration development is disadvantaged, and therefore theintegration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is a major opportunity for Hebei Province.Through detailed description and analysis of Hebei Province were asked the followingmeasures and suggestions in the development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration:①increase efforts to support innovation;②optimize the industrial structure;③improve public service facilities;④the coordinated development between ecologicalenvironment building and construction industry;⑤accelerate the development ofsmall and medium cities.
