The greenhouse gases produced by human activities cause sustained damage to the environment, which has aroused great attention of the international community and domestic departments concerned. Some related measures have been taken to reduce or prevent greenhouse gas emissions, thus protect the ecological environment and ensure human’s normal life and production. Carbon dioxide is the main component of greenhouse gases, the reducing of its emission has become a consensus among all countries. Carbon emissions trading has been a useful tool for carbon emission reduction. Therefore, under the circumstances of fierce market competition and government restrictions on carbon emissions, how to help the enterprise obtain best environmental and economical benefit through the cooperation between the supply chain is the focus of this thesis. At first, this thesis review some relevance theories about supply chain collaboration and carbon reduction; the next part will use the theories of carbon emissions trading, carbon permit allocation and profit distribution, etc. to construct a comprehensive carbon emission model composed by government distribution and market transactions. Besides, in various cooperation modes, use the theory of supply and demand to fix the product price, estimate the product volume and the gross profit of supply chain, and set related indexes of enterprises by solving and analyzing. In the end, through case analysis method, this thesis will discuss how to cooperate under low-carbon economy background for the purpose of achieving the balance of economic and social benefits in clothing industry.Through study, this thesis shows that enterprises of joint action in supply chain have a significant advantage over those of separate action in many ways, such as the product volume, the gross profit and index like corporate profits; the reduction rate increase with deepened cooperation, and in the same mode, under some same factors, the emission reduction of upstream enterprises is higher than that of downstream ones. If the government wants to reduce carbon emissions in the supply chain, upstream enterprises should be the first and foremost focus. In addition, the reasonable profit allocation mechanism is the precondition of the supply chain cooperation.
