Study On Carbon Emission Reduction Technology Research Of Supply Chain Enterprises

A healthy nature environment is beneficial to human survival, however, reduce greenhouse gas emissions and decrease the negative impact of climate change have become a global consensus. A number of countries formulate the corresponding policies to promote enterprises to implement energy saving and emission reduction to deal with global warming, however, carbon tax is one of the measures. Environmental issues is always closely related to people’s life, its influence on production is always in researching throughout the supply chain. The connotation of low carbon economy also applies to the development of the supply chain that includes low energy, low emission, low pollution, so putting forward the low carbon supply chain. Enterprises conduct a series of research and development activities to emission reduction technology, there is a big risk that in face of uncertainty factors such as market, policy, technology, so cooperation is one of their choices. people enhance the consciousness of environmental protection that preference for the low carbon products. When one enterprise development of low carbon can increase the benefits of whole supply chain. so, manufacturers may choose its upstream or downstream enterprises cooperative will more reliable and stable.This paper is based on the research background, the aim is maximization of enterprise profit while under the condition of carbon tax, select manufacturing enterprise in the supply chain as the research object. Find out which kind of patters will more suit to the needs of enterprise. Establish the related model and make a empirical analysis, then we can obtain the following conclusions:(1)Cooperative is better than alone research and development, under cooperative the income, the outputs and the carbon emission more optimal.(2)When they choose cooperation, the supplier share the cost of emission reduction research of 2/3, they will in a state of equilibrium and the maximum income.(3)While the carbon tax increase, the profit under both of patters decrease, but the cooperation patter become more slow, because of manufacturer cuts back on production, and carbon emission have improved, so carbon tax is conducive to the environmental protection.(4)Under one premise, with share ratio increase the profit of manufacturers and suppliers also in a rising trend, but beyond the premise, the profit of manufacturers still increase but suppliers become reduce.
