However, most of mergers and acquisition fail to meet the desired requirements, as the statistics show that the main cause of unsuccessful merge lies in ineffective merger integration. At present, the supply chain has become the new frontier of competition, the growth of sales boosted by quick response of supply chain and cost saving and increased efficiency driven by supply chain integration have become an important source of revenue and profit. Therefore, improving operational efficiency to reduce costs becomes the ultimate goal that every merged enterprise should achieve in its supply chain integration. By means of using enterprises merge and acquisition as background, regarding internal supply chain integration as object of study, being guided by mature supply chain theory and method, depending on a real case, put forward two strategies, set up two mathmatical model, and improve the basic genetic algorithm, using Matlab programme to slove the real problem. All that have been done are expected to enable other enterprises to figure out practical measures in their work.
