A Research On Island Tourism Development Strategy Of Sansha

With the continuous development of social economy and the improvement of people’s living standard, tourism has become a very popular leisure and decompression activity. The island tourism, because of challenging, stimulating, mysterious and romantic, as well as far away from the hustle and bustle of the city, sought after by tourists. At present, some cities abroad have developed island tourism maturely, attracting numerous tourists to go spending their holidays, such as India Maldives Ocean, Pacific Crescent-Hawaii, and Korea in Jeju Island and so on. Chinese island cities have developed island tourism vigorously, and gradually proceed with determination, with the number of tourists rising steadily. Among them, Zhejiang Zhoushan islands and the Fujian islands in Pingtan developed better. For a long time, because of the complex military, diplomatic and other reasons, the development of island tourism of Sansha are still in blank, and the related research are even fewer. In2012, Chinese State Council sets up Sansha city, and depicts a blueprint for the future developmentand of Sansha, Sansha island tourism development become represent the general trend. Therefore, we discussed the development of island tourism, which would provide beneficial reference for the development of island tourism of Sansha.In this paper, we used literature research, empirical analysis and questionnaire survey method, we reviewed both the domestic and foreign relevant research achievements, makes an empirical analysis on island tourism conditions of Sansha, and evidenced these through the questionnaire survey. On this basis, we used the SWOT matrix analysis method, performed a detailed analysis of the advantage, disadvantage, opportunities, threats for Sansha in the development process of its island tourism, comprehensive refer to the successful experience of island tourism development both domestic and international, the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities to use play to overcome and eliminate the threat of discussion, put forward strategic conception of developing tourism and Development Countermeasures of Sansha islands. The results show that the development of the Sansha island tourism, should be detailed planning, with strict supervision, focusing on mining and playing their own advantages, quality development, take the sustainable development road.
