With the deep development of global economic integration and the continuous improvement of Chinese reform and opening up policy,the manufacturing industry has developed unprecedently.But with the adjustment of industrial structure,the depreciation of RMB and the rise of prices,as well as the deep implementation of labor contract law in China,the impact on manufacturing industry is increasing.In addition of the serious loss of technical operators,the management of the manufacturing industry is even worse.Based on the analysis of the turn over problem of technical staff in L company by questionaire survey through the resigantion guys with the collection of the information from the forms such as “Resignation application” and “Face to Face communication”,we dig out the turn over reasons from four aspects:salary package / pressure /career development /corporate culture and improve the human resources management in L company by designing series of proposals and actions.To guarantee the efficiency of the proposals,we also have planned some actions from improvement of management style and working atmosphere.Taking L company as the research object,this paper makes an objective analysis and diagnosis of its management background,operation status and the reasons of the loss of technical personnel,producing series of practical solutions.After the implementation of the proposals,it can be cut down the turn over rate of technicians in L company and make progress in continunious improvement of operation request,as well as in reference meaning in the similer companies.
