Due to the car sales dropped sharply, it makes the car market become morecompetitive. Auto parts industry has to face both of pressure come from pricereduction of customer and price increase of raw material. How to promote productand service quality, reduce cost, using the least of resources to achieve maximumprofit is to be solved by enterprise. For keeping enterprise’s development andcompetition continuously, Lean production is a kind of advanced productionmanagement and organization mode. Its’ target is to eliminate all waste to increaseproductivity efficiency and promote product quality. To pursue perfect managementthoughts is magic weapon to win for improving work shop and enterprise system.To the question of workshop is mass, visual management is not clear, takinglong time to search stuff, put forward lean tool of6S. Enterprise can achieve the aimof improving the enterprise production environment, and promoting the image of theenterprise by using6S tool. To the question of low production efficiency due toequipment maintenance with certain arbitrariness and blindness and can’t preventaccident cause by random factor, put forward to implement TPM of lean tool.Enterprise can achieve the aim of improving the technology of equipment status byimproving the quality of people and equipment, reach full efficiency of the equipment,a good combination of technique management and economic management, andgradually establish and improve equipment management guarantee system. To thequestion of big inventory of semi-finished goods, fund is occupied invalidly andutilization rate of warehouse is not high, put forward to implement one piece flow oflean tool. Enterprise can achieve the aim of eliminating the inventory of semi-finishedgoods by rational layout, people and equipment deployment. It makes finished goodsare produced by process with one piece flow directly. To the question of lowproduction efficiency due to mould change over time is long, put forward to useSMED of lean tool. Enterprise can achieve the aim of improving production efficiency by increasing operation time of people and machine. To the question ofproduct quality is not stable, customer complaint is too much and quality cost is veryhigh due to staff is lack of motivation, lack of quality consciousness, no responsibility,put forward to implement TQM of lean tool. Enterprise can achieve the aim ofattaining customer satisfaction in long term and benefit of organization and society byimproving quality consciousness of staff, reducing quality accident, reducing qualitycost and taking quick reaction for need change from customer.In this article, by using the lean production theory to analyze problems ofoperation management and production process in Sinoplastics company. With usingfive lean production tools of “6S management”,“TPM”,“one piece flow”,“SMED”and “TQM” to design the plan to implement lean production in Sinoplastics company.To solve problems of workshop mass, low productivity efficiency and low productquality. To ensure implementation effect of lean production, put forward to themeasures of establishing lean enterprise culture, establishing improvementorganization of lean production, establishing perfect training and performanceevaluation system. Hope this article can bring some inspiration to related enterprisesand the reader. Enterprise can try to find out production management mode which ismore suitable for their characteristics and situation.
