The computer industry has been developing very fast since the early70s and thelate80s of last century. Following that trend, the global economy has been changingfor information economy. Before that, trade has been in traditional ways no matter it’sbetween people or nations. In traditional trade, the two parties of the transaction willmeet face to face, discuss many issues including price, quality, and specifications ofthe commodities and finally do the transactions upon the basis of consensus, paymentupon delivery. In the90s, the internet technology of countries in the world developedvery quickly which brought the international trade into a new era characterized withe-commerce. As a newly-rise trade method, e-commerce represents the developingdirection of world trade. At the same time because the world has gradually become aglobal village, the new situation of the worldwide e-commerce development willdetermine the prospect of every country’s foreign trade.With the opening up an entry into the WTO, our country’s opening up has makegreat progress. The fields, volume and scope of our country’s foreign trade has beenwidening. The strategic position of foreign trade in our country’s national economyhas been improving day by day. Although e-commerce in our country started late butso far it keeps its strong performance. The Taobao is a shopping website known byevery household. Since the birth of shopping carnival Double Eleventh Day, thetransaction has developed from50million to35billion in year2013. While in2014,on the exact day of Double Eleventh of2014, the trade volume has reached57.1billion RMB,24.3billion of which is made through wireless connections, taking up42.6%of the total volume. At the same, by the end of June2013, the ecommercetransaction has reached4350billion of the whole country. Although the increasespeed is less than30.8%in year2012, it still remains over20%. Therefore,e-commerce of our country has kept increasing at high speed which also proves theconsumption habit of our people has been changing for indoor e-commerce. In such a big environment, the article analyzes the great impact of e-commerceon our foreign trade from national, enterprises’ and other aspects. The articlediscusses the existing problems and tries to put forward constructive suggestions as toinnovative development of transnational e-commerce for government and foreignfirms.
