Agriculture, the pillar industry of our national economic development, heavily depends on investment. Agriculture has been affected by multiple aspects such as natural surroundings, macro-economy, marketing condition as well as the internal operations, which results in adverse impacts caused by the agricultural listed enterprises invest mental risk. It is of great significance to build an agricultural listed cooperation’s quantitative analysis model as a strategic support for the government.This paper, based on comprehensive evaluation, the theory of agricultural enterprises risk management and the agricultural enterprises risk control, makes a comprehensive evaluation on the investment risk of the agricultural enterprise with Catastrophe Progression Method. The conclusion has been drawn like this:(1) Natural disaster turns out to be the most influential factor as to38.99%, which indicates our deficiency in resisting natural disaster.(2) The analysis of internal risky factors of agricultural listed enterprises shows that the total risky factors of financial indicators reached83.89%, implying that financial risk comes as the main internal risk agricultural listed enterprises are now confronted with. Management risk and technology risk sums up to be16.12%, demonstrating the increasing importance of the research and development ability in management and technology for agricultural listed enterprises.(3) The analysis of waviness evinces that marketing prices is a greater factor to influence agricultural products. The comprehensive variance of internal management ability, technology ability and financial ability proves to be the lowest, indicating that the internal mechanism is continuous in the aspect of investment risk within agricultural listed enterprises.(4) Levels of investment risk of agricultural listed enterprises are basically identical in different regions with the overall distribution scattered while individuals relatively centered, which is in line with the geographical distribution. Obvious diversities between several agricultural listed enterprises owes to the different natural factors.The potential innovations of this paper:(1)The comprehensive system constructed for agricultural listed enterprises investment risk evaluation indicator(based on the previous research outcome and the concrete condition of agricultural listed enterprises in our country)and the quantitative research of the investment risk within agricultural listed enterprises makes up the deficiency in the quantitative analysis of investment risk within agricultural listed enterprises.(2) Taking into consideration of the weakness of agricultural industry in the construction of investment risk evaluation indicators system for agricultural listed enterprises to establish a quantitative analysis of the adverse natural factors helps to comprehensively evaluate the investment risk in agricultural listed enterprises and compensate the insufficiency of agricultural evaluation as a particular industry.(3) The promotion of specific measures corresponding to the investment risk management in agricultural listed enterprises on the basis of combined normative analysis and positive analysis.This paper makes an evaluation on the investment risk in agricultural listed enterprises on the premise of a stable political situation. Meanwhile, it should be stressed that importing and exporting in agricultural listed enterprises and legal risk are not included in this research, which is a potential factor to affect the final evaluation. In the future study and research, the more comprehensive model and investment risk evaluation system should be conducted.
