Energy is the material guarantee of human existence, is the development of the world economy and growth foundation. Because the traditional model of economic development excessive dependent on energy consumption of energy shortages, varming and the deterioration of the environment problem increasingly. How to "vigorously promote energy reform, actively develop new energy, speeds up the new energy promotion and use" has become a world one of the important problems faced together. New energy industry research will become a hot spot in the future.In recent years, along with the state encourages the development of new energy industry policy of new energy industry introduced gradually, has made rapid development. Stock market listed company of new energy industry has become the focus of many investors. How to correctly evaluate new energy companies investment value, social all circles in the positive discussion.Based on reviewing the listed company, after the value of investment in foreign related theory, based on relevant studies of new energy industry related concepts and influence factors in comprehensive summing-up and summarized. On this basis, combining with the development of new energy industry in China environment and new dynamic, from the profitability of companies, solvency, operation ability, growth ability, equity structure and shareholder returns, six constructed by the principal component analysis method, and the evaluation index system of our country SPSS 16.0 software by shanghai and shenzhen market 20 new energy industry listed company for empirical analysis, and finally reached the comprehensive evaluation results.
