At present, the consumption has become the main way to China economic growth, the rapid development of electronic commerce in recent years, began to have a significant impact on traditional retail consumption, many of the traditional retail enterprises began to carry out electronic commerce, the traditional retail and electronic commerce competition has become one of the important research in recent years. Electronic commerce has become an important management style of traditional retail industry cannot be ignored, many of the traditional retail enterprises are faced with the needs of the development of electronic commerce, some companies have begun to try. Compared with the traditional retail enterprise electronic commerce enterprise, the traditional retail enterprises have lost the initiative, but the traditional retail enterprises have accumulated resources and shops operating years of strong brands, in electronic commerce, also can produce new vigor. Now the world electronic commerce technology has been very mature, Chinese electronic commerce after nearly ten years of development, a solid foundation for the traditional retail enterprises to enter the field of electronic commerce play. Now is the best time of traditional retail enterprises to enter the electronic commerce. But many of the traditional retail enterprises in electronic commerce have encountered many problems and challenges. Through the research of this paper, from the point of view of electronic commerce model from the point of view, to find out the regularity, representative, has the universality and summarizes the problems, let the electronic commerce Chinese in traditional retail industry more healthy growth.First of all, this paper will electronic commerce model are classified according to the transaction object, Through the research of14kinds of model of electronic business affairs and the8transaction object, found6kinds of electronic commerce model as the research object,6kinds of retail electronic commerce model and3kinds of consumer behavior mode is studied, designed diagram of the relationship between traditional retail model and electronic commerce model of consumer behavior. Secondly, analysis of three factors affecting the traditional retail electronic commerce model, summarize the relationship diagram of electronic commerce model factors. Through the above research, design Selection method for retail electronic commerce model. Thirdly, through the case study of retail electronic commerce enterprises, found the classification method of second kinds of model of electronic commerce. Fourthly, through the research of the "model of online and offline", found "middle" model. Finally, this paper from the various modes of fusion development point of view put forward the’6+1’Omni-Channel retailing model.
