After entering the 21 st century, in a series of national policy of expanding domestic demand and promoting the great development of e-commerce, consumer goods, and further accelerate the development of China’s retail industry, unprecedented changes in consumption structure and consumer psychology occurred. Since the beginning of the development of China’s retail network together since 1999, after the Internet industry bubble burst in 2000, only some of them are survived,and developed rapidly. In recent years, due to a certain extent, China’s retail sales growth also suffered different degrees of decline, although fully replace online shopping mall, supermarket chains situation does not appear, but the network’s position as the emerging retail retailing has b een established, traditional retailers will continue to face development, integration of the whole challenge of e-commerce channel. How consumers will gradually be extended to shunt electricity supplier era is traditional retailers need to think about.In this thesis, collation and analysis of the present status of the theory and development of China’s traditional retail e-commerce system based on an objective and comprehensive analysis of China’s traditional retail definition and classification of Current Situation of the traditional retail network of retail and e-commerce impact of development on traditional retail and possible problems in the development process, then by analyzing traditional retail situation affected different formats of e-commerce development, excluding gold and silver jewelry retail business, choose the other three retail formats listed companies and financial indicators e-commerce-related indicators, the use of eviews and SPSS software, the regression model, verify the impact of e-commerce indicators ROE, and finally by factor analysis and calculation capacity of traditional retail enterprise network services overall score, the results show, appliances and clothing retail network There is great advantage, daily necessities retail e-commerce is still in the exploration business, and finally put forward under the influence of e-commerce, from the three aspects of retail clothing, electrical retail, retail and other daily necessities to discuss the future development of China’s tradition al retail direction, clothing retail should be combined with practical, developing multi-mode operation, electrical retail channels should actively explore the full development mode, and daily necessities retail enterprises should actively carry out mobile e-commerce will further segment the market, to seize the favorable market for itself.
