Finally, optimization suggestions and improvement solutions will be provided by improvement of the distribution center, the optimization of inventory management process, the establishment of performance assessment in inventory management and the construction of interactive information system of supply chain. And then, we will introduce a feasible support scheme which can guarantee the successful implementation and predict the results of improvement project.The whole passage provides a valuable reference to the inventory management by analyzing of management function, process control, construction of information system and so on.
