Performance management in recent years by domestic enterprises attention, through theuse of professional management of strategic enterprise performance management, theestablishment of a scientific enterprise performance management system, timely and accurateevaluation of the implementation of the strategic objectives of the enterprise, for businesssuccess essential. Among the many methods of management, the paper according to the PKcharacteristics of enterprises, selected the balanced scorecard approach to improve enterpriseperformance management.First of all, Performance Management and Balanced Scorecard method outlinedintroduced in addition to the five common BSC performance evaluation methods, includingManagement by objectives, stakeholder theory, theory of economic value added, and the key360-degree evaluation Features and advantages of performance indicators, and analyzes theBSC dimensional structure and strategy maps.Then describe the PK characteristics of enterprises, the current situation and problems ofenterprise performance management for detailed analysis. Enterprise PerformanceManagement for PK-sidedness, does not have the incentive, there is no standard assessmentobjectives, lack of feedback processes and the lack of performance management philosophyand other issues, proposed the introduction of the Balanced Scorecard method, verify theBalanced Scorecard in PK Enterprise Performance Management feasibility and necessity.Therefore, redesigned PK enterprise performance management system, specifically the use ofthe Balanced Scorecard performance appraisal design ideas and principles, specificallyincluding preparation, work assignments and design processes, etc., for PK enterprisesselected from the four dimensions key indicators and targets set weights, the formation ofcorporate, departmental and individual employees on three levels of the Balanced Scorecardperformance management assessment. Meanwhile, for the design of the evaluation system ofrecommendations related to safeguards.The last part is the conclusion of a comprehensive summary of the full text andsummarized, and pointed out the shortcomings and prospects for future research in this paper,the process of discovery. In this paper, the idea to build a new performance management appraisal system, so that the combination of theory and practice, to provide a reference for thevalue of the application of the Balanced Scorecard performance management in research andthe actual situation of enterprises.
