Research On Training Mode Of GRI Science And Technology Talent

Science and technology talent is an important part of human resources, they are the main creators of social wealth. Science and technology talent’s shortage has become a constraint of Geophysical Research Institute (GRI)development bottleneck, how to successfully cultivate science and technology talent has become an important and urgent task. This paper focuses on the GRI of Scientific and Technological Talent theme, sub-technological personnel training related theory, science and technology talent current situation and existing problems.Related scientific and technological personnel training in the theoretical part, focused on the content and features of scientific and technological personnel, summarized technological personnel training related theories, and analyzed the domestic and foreign technological personnel training mode typical cases. Based on the theoretical analysis through data analysis and comparison of the status of GRI of technology professionals, and the existing training model,pointed out that:he irrational structure of scientific and technological personnel, improving the quality of scientific and technological personnel, scientific and technical personnel structure is not reasonable, the age structure of scientific and technological personnel is also problematic; lack of systematic training process; classifing talent cultivation is not enough; personal abilities and professional ethics education needs to be strengthened and other issues. Personnel training in advanced technology from home and abroad on the basis of experience, the company proposed GRI general idea of scientific and technological personnel training, the establishment of Institute of Science and Technology Training Mode:Composite school-enterprise cooperation model and corporate culture continuing education training mode, and establish appropriate safeguards will be hierarchical classification GRI for culture technology professionals, and promote scientific and technological talent development, the use of existing resources GRI. Academy of processing and interpretation of building integrated training base, the establishment of GRI of scientific and technological personnel information database, the use of modern information tools, unified the whole technology professionals for training, management and use. Through scientific and technological personnel training, let this scientific and technical personnel to play its due role for the GRI’s development and make greater contributions.
