Gradually introduced by Xinhua, Taikang company in1995, the bancassurance was growing fast as a prototype of integrated financial service. At the same time, the rapid development has also brought a series of problems. On the one hand, according to a growing number of complaints of sales channels, the CBRC and CIRC has issued a document to strengthen commercial bank insurance agency business compliance sales and risk management. On the other hand,the development of the insurance industry started late in China, and the managers’consciousness of importance to marketing staff training system is not good enough, the lack of scientific and strategic planning during the training management and development, a set of enterprise marketing staff training system with effective management, smooth operation and clear layers is not established. In today’s bancassurance development situation,How to ensure the business is not affected and maintain steady growth by effective training,become a problem that the company focus on.From the training management point of view, the author of this paper is aimed at a series of problems in the development of Bancassurance training, starts from the concept and theoretical basis of the training, using various methods, analyzes the present situation of Taiping Life Insurance training system, put forward countermeasure and implementation plans to the problem of training system, explains the safeguard measures of implementation and the expected effect. Combined the theoretical and practical, the author also study and discuss how to develop a more effective training system, thus speeding up the process of marketing talents cultivation in insurance enterprises.The author study the bancassurance of Hunan branch company training system in five aspects:training organization system, training class system, training instructor management system, support system,training operation system. The reasons why the training system can not meet the current situation of the development of bancassurance, can be divided into two aspects:one is managers do not pay enough attention to staff training, they do not contact marketing staff training to the company’s long-term goal. The other one is the training process is not perfect and the implementation is not in place. Aiming at these problems, the author puts forward many countermeasures, such as give clear responsibilities to the training posts,improve training course content, enforce communications between the training instructor and learn from each other, establish a complete training evaluation system. Finally, to ensure the operation of training system,the company should enhance the training strategy status,improve the system security and increase investment in scientific research and information technology.
