Talents are the most core competitiveness of an enterprise, and the basic guarantee for an enterprise to realize its strategic objects. Taiping Life Gansu Branch is currently in a rapid development period, which brings a series of challenges to talent identification, talent cultivation and talent retaining, especially the prominent problem of reserve talent cultivation. As an indispensable composing part of intern program, intern training system plays an important role in cultivation of reserve talents of a company.This articles takes theoretical and documentary research as a basis, uses methods of interview research, comparative analysis and questionnaire survey and interviewing, starts from reviewing current situation of intern cultivation of Taiping Life Gansu Branch and evaluations of interns towards training, discusses the disadvantages in the company’s intern training, provides specific solutions to its disadvantages, and provides promotion plans for intern training system.This article is composed of five parts. First is the introduction part, which introduces the background of subject selection, presents the urgency of talent cultivation of the Gansu Branch Company and the research significance of intern training system, and clarifies the research methods and the structure. Then in the theoretical overview part, it represents relevant contents of working characteristic theory, motive theory, combined effect theory of talent growth, and knowledge sharing theory, and describes the instruction function of these theories in the article. The third part is the current situation of intern cultivation in the Gansu Branch Company, which introduces the basic information of the company, the current situation of the company’s intern cultivation and the current operating situation of its intern cultivation system, and analyzes the existing problems in the company’s intern cultivation. The fourth part is the construction of intern training system of the company, including establishing intern identification system-finding suitable interns for the company, planning intern training programs-clear training objects, implementing intern training-complete training plan, operating model of intern training program-effective training guarantee, and establishment of intern assessment mechanism-mutual growth of performance and talents. In conclusion and outlook part, this article comes to a systematical conclusion of the research questions, and points out inadequacies of this article and points needing attention and progress in the intern training system.
