A Study On Capital Management Of LY Company

Capital is the blood of enterprises, so capital management is the key of the operation in modern enterprises. The survival and development of enterprises depends on their capital management level. Enterprises can only survive and develop in the competitive market by unceasingly increasing their own capital management level to utilize capital more effectively in the context of risk control. As the petroleum marketing industry is of capital intensive type, many problems have been more and more prominent along with the constant deepening of national price mechanism reform in petroleum products, including the gradually intensifying competition in petroleum marketing industry, the shrinking profit margin, the great demand of capital and the high funding risks, etc.This thesis uses the capital management of LY Company as an example to systematically study capital management. It first briefly states the what capital management means to modern enterprise management and the current studies on this issue at home and abroad, then introduces the concept of capital and capital management and explained relevant theories in the field of capital management in detail. On this basis, this thesis has an in-depth study on the capital management of LY Company, combing systematical analysis and case study. This thesis introduces the basic situation and the background, development and present situation of capital management, analyzes the existing problems of capital management in LY Company one by one with theoretical knowledge, and raises solutions to each problem according to the status quo of the company, pointing out that capital management level should be raised from the following7aspects:establish a centralized control platform of capital, take bills into capital management, optimize the management system of capital budget, enhance the risk control of capital, keep the operating capital at a reasonable scale, fasten the construction of informationization and perfect the training mechanism of finance staff.I hope, be able to have some guidance through this study of LY Company on capital management strategies, but also want to be able to other company in a similar situation with the sales enterprises have a certain reference value.
