Effective performance management will help the enterprises to make full use of human resources, cultivating the core competence of talented person, and could meet the needs of the long-term development of enterprises. The practice proved that, as an important task in human resource management, performance management is a effective hand that can help enterprises to improve production efficiency and realize the organization strategy especially the talent strategy target.This paper takes A company performance management activities as an example to analysis of its current situation and performance management. This paper through the investigation and analysis of A company performance management present situation, found that there were defects and other problems such as performance management lacks strategic orientation; unreasonable assessment index; performance appraisal lack of systemic; lack of communication in the process of performance management; performance appraisal results using inadequate; performance management implementation is not enough and so on. Then based on the overall development strategy to design and set up performance management system, and to evaluate the new performance management system. Also, a series of performance management activities and performance management mechanism, on the one hand, can motivate employees to improve their performance and achieve personal goal of core ability and career development; on the other hand, can find and develop key talent for the enterprise provides the conditions, meet the sustained supply of talent, make performance management really realize enterprise strategic goals, and become a powerful tool to continuously improve performance.Finally, hope that through this case analysis, find out the general rules of the establishment of enterprise performance management system, and to provide reference to similar enterprise performance management confusion, so that can enlighten the relevant managers to thinking about the enterprise performance management.
