The Research On Public Utilities Layout In Economic Development Zone

With the growth of Development Zone, which leading more and more residents,workers and enterprises gathered, the problem that existing facilities can not meet theresidents, employee and enterprises demand is emerging. The current research onfacilities is mainly for residential area, which has design code provisions of the publicservice facilities of the standard configuration. In other words, current standard offacilities mainly aims at living facilities configuration. However, for the developmentzone which is the special kind of regional industry cluster, not only living facilities arenecessary, but also the facilities for the enterprise production service are of highsignificance. At this time, the research on the Development Zone facilities from theaspect of living and production is urgent, which can meet the development of districtresidents, employees and enterprises. In addition, the enterprises early entering into thedevelopment are mainly for the preferential policies, bringing various issues such asindustrial layout scattered and scale being too small. In a word, land transformation ofDevelopment Zone is imminent, in order to adjust the industrial structure in the DevelopZone.The article choose Guangde Economic Development Zone as Example, Firstly,Development Zone current situation of land use, industry status and life supporting isdiscussed, presenting the problems of Development Zone. Secondly, by the analysis ofdomestic several successful Development Zone case, obtained experience is introducedinto GuangDe Development Zone. On the basis of questionnaire survey conducted forresidents and business, the demand of living and production facilities is achieved. Itprovides basis for the next step of living and production facilities layout research, andmakes it more convincing. Thirdly, while analyzing the layout of living and production,according to the relevant standard and other city index system of public service facilities,a suitable index system of GuangDE Development Zone is established tentatively. In theresearch of production facilities layout, some recommendations about productionservice after land layout transformation are put forward. Finally, countermeasures andsuggestions are proposed from the aspect of production and living facilities, so as to notonly meet the needs of the residents in the Development Zone, but also serve a doublepurpose within the enterprises demand.
