Analysis On The Diversification Strategy Of State Owned Enterprises

European and American enterprises incubate and develop diversification strategy.The diversification strategy influences the management and development of Chineseenterprises. In Chinese economic sectors, the state-owned enterprises are veryimportant elements, play an important role in the Chinese economy. High speeddevelopment of the state-owned enterprises is the epitome of the rapid development ofChina economy, diversification or specialization is making more and morestate-owned enterprises need to choose the subject.This paper first describes the research background, significance and method ofdiversification strategy and then explains the strategy document and perspectives ofdomestic and foreign scholars on corporate diversification. The case part, firstly theauthor introduces COFCO. Then the author uses the strategic analysis method todiscuss diversified road of COFCO. Finally, the author states the research conclusionincluding research limitations and the experiences.
