With the development of economy, functions of enterprise financial management haveinnovated constantly, both in terms of setting the goals of financial management andsatisfying the financial management requirements from enterprise strategy. The financialfunction base on the value management as the core is currently the most important part.However, the gap between present situation of the domestic financial which still focuses onthe computing and the strong of needs of management is wide. Thus, transformation isevadible in the modern enterprise financial management. This paper will show someenlightenment from the study of the transformation in financial function based on valuemanagement of M company, such as how to transform, what problem will appear and if thereis solution.First of all, from background of this paper, transformation the finance function to thefront edge of management is base on the goal of financial management, and the currentconditions of enterprise strategy and information technology, which requires the transition tobe carried out t as soon as possible. At the same time, this paper has certain significance interms of providing suggests to other relating manufacturing enterprises. The innovation inthis paper mainly refers to the strong practicality and comprehensiveness, but there are stillsome limitations due to the author’s lack of professional knowledge, ability and energy.The second chapter mainly introduces various theories of the function of financialmanagement. From which, the original functions focus on evaluation and control of risk, andthe new functions focus on value creation and innovation in business management.The third chapter is the detailed study of the transformation in financial function basedon value management of M company, which mainly includes the common methods ofcomparison with international enterprise, the content of the transformation includingfinancial strategic orientation, comprehensive budget management in operation mechanism,and value management oriented functional financial organization structure (including salesfinancial, production finance, research and development finance, supply chain finance),sharing financial center, the internal control of value-added management etc. Besides, thispaper also mentions the content of the financial management of the key functions after transformation and mechanism is an important guarantee for the implementation of process.Then is the further case comparison and analysis, identifying the characteristics offinancial institutions based on management though the comparison of the organization andfunctions before and after the transformation. The financial job in value management is carryout work including operating rhythm, financial synergy authors, risk management, etc. Thispaper also reviews the success and limitations. The use of informationized financial data, theintroduction of non-financial talents and point-to-face problem solving methods have alreadybeen successfully implied. Nevertheless, there are still drawback, such as deficiency in thecombination of financial and business departments, and the cooperation between modules infinancial department after the labor refinement.Chapter v summarizes management strategies during the transformation includingstrengthening the integration of financial and business, scientific management method(responsible, institutionalization, routing, informatization) in the financial transformation tocarry out the application, using the cultural management platform to promote transformationeffectively, building a system financial management personnel training mechanism at thesame time at the same time.The last chapter is conclusion and future work. IN this part, change of the ideology offinancial personnel is the key. Besides, in order to transform successfully, establishing a richcultural foundation as a support, introducing the non-financial professional financialpersonnel, and implementing it step by step according to real situations and curing ofascension are all effective methods.
