In the process of marketization of our country, along with continuously broaden theglobalization development strategy, enterprise management environment faced by firms alsowith rapid change.Real estate enterprise development strategy formulation and management,becomes the whether it can be obtained in the fierce market economy environment for a longtime in the development of the deciding factor.In run mode on the basis of the market economy,enterprise financial risk is objective existence, in terms of financial risk is the most typical realestate industry.Financial risks of real estate industry has a great influence to the development ofenterprise long-term sustainable.Therefore, requires a combination of real estate enterprisefinancial risk, develop strategy, and according to the characteristics of the real estate, analyzesthe causes of the risks, and strictly control.In such background, the development trend of realestate enterprises need according to the management and development of its own actualsituation to formulate suitable development strategy, and effectively implement the strategy ofthe company’s development plan.Only in this way, can gain a competitive advantage in thefierce competition in the market economy.This article from the real estate enterprise strategic development strategy and competitionstrategy, value chain and competitive advantage and strategic choice theory to comb, fromvarious angles are analyzed and summarized the forms of real estate enterprise developmentstrategy.And on the current real estate enterprise financial risk management in the process of thedevelopment and analysis of existing problems, the related problems in comprehensivetreatment.In this paper, the author choose B real estate company as the research object, chooseB real estate companies as the research object, the development present situation and theanalysis of existing problems, according to the actual situation formulation is conducive to thesustainable development strategy, and safeguard measures are put forward.Concrete research content is divided into six parts altogether: the first part is the introduction, this thesis overallfrom B company itself in the current stage, and for a period of development, as a starting point,as far as possible, comprehensive analysis and research on the impact or system each mainfactor of the development of the elbow B company competitiveness.This both for B companyfacing the external environment factors, internal factors also have B company itself;Review thesecond part introduces related theory, including strategy and competition strategy, value chainand competitive advantage and strategic choice theory, for follow-up study to lay the theoreticalfoundation;The third part introduces the general situation of the development of real estatecompany B and environment such as the status quo, respectively from the real estate companyB, to analyze the external environment and industry competition environment, the companyprofile and company management present situation, the macro environment and industrycompetition environment analysis, etc, are analyzed, and find the problems of the company;Thefourth part is the study of the development strategy of real estate company B, mainly from thecompany’s strategic positioning and strategic choice for B company were discussed.Combinedwith the company’s vision, mission and enterprise development strategic target and so on threeaspects;The fifth part puts forward the strategy of real estate company B safeguard measures,through the B company strategic plan and schedule control to ensure the smooth operation ofthe strategic implementation, and ensure the smooth implementation of the strategic policySuggestions are put forward.The sixth part of the research content is the conclusion, mainlysummarizes the full text and looking to the future.
