With the coming of the Knowledge Economy and the development of the Information Technology in the21st Century, more and more organizations have started to take part into the exploration of the Knowledge Management’s theory and practice. As a kind of late-model work organization form, Virtual Enterprises has broke off spatial and temporal barriers for workers, and making made it possible to communicate rapidly for long-distance. Virtual Enterprises also can remedy knowledge gap effectively, and achieve the’1+1>2’synergy effect between multiple subjects, multiple targets and multitasking.Based on the theories of Knowledge Management, this paper discussed the virtual Enterprises’knowledge transfer, which can make the virtual Enterprises integrated better. Based on the principal-agent model, this paper combined the principal and the agent’s risk-neutral and risk-averse attitude and focused on the impact of the degree of knowledge difference. Using this variable is the innovation of this paper and the impact of this variable in four attitude combination is the focus of this article. The Applying application of the new variables in the principal agent model of new variables made the virtual enterprise knowledge transfer theory more abundant and improved the variable settings of agency theory model.
