The 21st century, the most obvious characteristics of the business environment is the accelerating changes and the constantly updated knowledge. Under these circumstances, the complex changes of knowledge, knowledge transfer and innovation become the key elements to enterprises to adapt to market changes, and to enhance the competencesVirtual Enterprise as the 21st century new business model, characteristics of low costs, low risk, and rapid response market, make a number of well-known businesses and achievements. Nike does not have its own factory, but by virtue of the design technology and global marketing network, the world's largest manufacturers of sports shoes. Boeing Company, the leading manufacturer of the aircraft, product nothing but only the cockpit and the wingtips. Dell, the world's largest computer suppliers, does not product any major computer components and the operating system.This paper systematic analyzes the virtual enterprise knowledge transfer process. At the beginning, the paper analyzes the factors that impact the virtual enterprise knowledge transfer, the factors include: the knowledge factors, the members of virtual enterprise factors, and the virtual enterprises factors. From the perspective, the paper analyzes the virtual enterprise knowledge transfer process: Virtual Enterprise overall perspective and the perspective of a single member enterprises; On this basis, and according to the game theory, establish the virtual enterprise knowledge transfer game theory model; After the analysis of the virtual enterprise knowledge transfer process, the paper make some management strategies of virtual enterprise knowledge transfer. At the end, the paper use case to analyze the virtual enterprise knowledge transfer in the virtual enterprise.
